In principle, we do not accept returns of robotic dolls for non-quality-related reasons. For more details, please refer to the “Return Policy” page on our official website.

The electric mechanical components of sex robotic dolls are covered by a 5-month warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
(1) Customers must use the robotic doll properly. We will not provide after-sales service for any intentional damage caused to the product.

During use, if you notice any abnormal condition with the robotic doll, please stop using it immediately and contact our sales team. This will help us better understand the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

As we are unable to provide on-site repair services, if any damage or malfunction occurs during the warranty period, we will fully refund the cost of the defective electric component based on its original selling price (or the actual amount paid by the customer if discounted).
If a more serious issue occurs, we will further discuss it with you and provide an appropriate solution.

We do not provide factory return repair services for dolls.

We provide a 5-month after-sales service period, excluding any issues caused by human damage or misuse. After the 5-month period, we will no longer provide compensation or after-sales service.
